SLOW BOAT TO CHINA 
1/3 c. uncooked rice
1 lb. ground meat
2 tbsp. butter
2 lg. onions, chopped
6 stalks celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
1 can mushrooms
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Brown beef in butter. Add onions and celery. Cook until done. Stir to avoid burning. Drain fat, add rice, soy sauce, mushrooms, soup and water. Transfer to casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

NOTE: Do not use instant rice.
