BROWN RICE AND PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
3/4 c. rice
1 can beef bouillon Plus enough water to equal 1 1/2 c.
1 tsp. salt
2-3 carrots, cut up
Dash of pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops in oil in frying pan. Place chops in casserole dish. Add rice, consomme, water, salt, and pepper. Place cut carrots on top and cover casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour or until rice is done.
