LEMONY CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
Cooking oil

Measure first 7 ingredients into plastic bag; close tightly and shake to blend. Moisten chicken with lemon juice. Let stand 30 minutes. Place chicken into plastic bag, shake to coat thoroughly. Pour oil in frying pan, heat at 375 degrees. Add chicken. Fry, turning once about 2 minutes or until tender. Drain on paper.
