CHICKEN MICRO - NUGGETS 
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
1/3 c. corn flake crumbs
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. sesame seeds

Cut the chicken into 1 1/2 inch chunks. Place the butter in a small microwave safe bowl. Cook on high for 30 to 40 seconds until the butter melts. On a piece of waxed paper, combine the corn flake crumbs, sesame seeds, and garlic salt.

Mix the chicken with the butter. Roll each chicken chunk in the crumb mixture until coated. Place chicken chunks around the edges of a 12 x 8-inch microwave safe baking dish. Cover with waxed paper. Cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink inside, rotating the dish 1/2 turn halfway through cooking. Remove the waxed paper. Let stand 2 minutes. Serve with a dipping sauce. Makes 2 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
