CHICKEN 'MOM' NUGGETS 
1 lb. boneless & skinless chicken
3/4 c. flour
6 sm. sqs. saltines
9 Ritz crackers
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 tbsp. butter or corn oil

Cut chicken in chunks (approximately 1 x 2 inches). In large Ziploc bag, place crackers and crumbs with rolling pin. When crushed fine, add the flour, salt, onion and garlic powder.

Scramble egg in a medium size bowl (use 1 or 2 tablespoons water). Place chicken chunks in egg, then in cracker mixture. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place cookie sheet in oven with butter. Let melt then place chicken on sheet. Cook approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
