CHICKEN MC NUGGETS 
1 lb. boned chicken breasts
Adolph's meat tenderizer
1 c. flour
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
Dry bread crumbs

Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. Remove all fat and skin. Place in a container and cover with water. Add 1 tablespoon tenderizer. Marinate for at least 1 hour. Remove from water, shaking off excess water. Combine desired seasonings with bread crumbs. Beat egg with water in separate bowl. Put flour in bag. Put 4-5 pieces of chicken in flour; shake to coat. Dip each piece in egg, then roll in crumbs. Arrange in single layer on a plate.

Heat about 1 inch of oil in frying pan. Place chicken in pan. Fry a few minutes on each side to brown. Place on cookie sheet. When all McNuggets have been browned, put cookie sheet in a 400 degree oven for a few minutes. Serve hot, with sweet and sour sauce.
