CHEESY HAM NUGGETS 
1 c. shredded cheddar (4 oz.)
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
1 lb. ham

Combine first 6 ingredients; mix well with a fork. Cut ham into 20 inch cubes. Shape a thin layer of cheese mixture around each ham cube; place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot or cold. Plain mustard or Hickory Farms Sweet-Hot mustard is good as a dip.
