CHICKEN NUGGETS | |
1 chicken, cut up 1 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 egg 1 c. milk Cooking oil for frying Prepare cut up chicken, deboned, and rinse in cold water. Drain out excess water. Coat with seasoned flour and dip in milk and egg mixture, then dip in flour mixture again. Place in hot oil and fry on both sides. |
