CORNMEAL CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut in 1 inch cubes
3 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients. Mix well. Add chicken and toss to coat well. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken; cook, stirring frequently, 5-6 minutes.
