1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. powdered milk
1 c. cornmeal
1 c. flour
3 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry thyme
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. dried oregano

Recipe makes enough coating for 3 chickens, each 2 1/2 to 3 pounds. Store unused mixture in an airtight container.
