LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon gelatin
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour the bottom of tube cake pan. Put all ingredients in bowl and beat 10 minutes or until mixed well. Bake 1 hour. As soon as cake is removed from oven, prick it all the way down with long fork throughout the top of cake. Let cake stand in pan. Pour glaze over the top. Cool cake then remove.

GLAZE:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice

Mix and pour over cake.
