LEMON TORTE 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
20 double graham crackers
1 c. water
1 can Pet milk or Milnot
1 lemon

Mix softened butter with crushed crackers. Line rectangular pan and pat down about 1/2 of crumbs. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add sugar and partially set. Beat until fluffy and fold into beaten chilled milk with juice and rind of lemon. Alternate with remainder of crumbs and chill.
