BANANA JELLO SALAD 
1 box lemon Jello
1 box orange Jello
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. cold water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 bananas, sliced thin
40 miniature marshmallows

Chill until firm, then spread topping.

TOPPING:

1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. whipped cream

Combine egg, flour, butter, sugar, and pineapple juice and cook until thick. Cool and add whipped cream. Spread over chilled Jello and sprinkle with nuts or cheese.
