BAKED SWISS CAULIFLOWER | |
1 lg. head cauliflower 1/2 c. bread crumbs 2 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese 1 1/2 c. half & half 3 egg yolks, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg 1/4 c. melted butter Cook cauliflower, covered, for 10 minutes in boiling, salted water. Drain. Put into 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients. Add to the baking dish. Drizzle butter over this. Add bread crumbs on top. Bake on 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
