OLD FASHIONED LEMON CREAM PIE 
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 egg yolks
2 lemons or 1/2 c. lemon juice

Put sugar, cornstarch and egg yolks in saucepan; mix well. Add heated milk gradually. Boil until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. When cool, add lemon juice and blend. Pour into 8" baked pastry shell. Top with Meringue.
