3 med. peaches
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. cream

Peel and half peaches, place cut side down in an unbaked pie shell. Mix flour, sugar, and cinnamon together; sprinkle over peaches. Pour cream over all. Bake in hot 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 30- 40 minutes longer. Chill and serve cold.
