BLUEBERRY CHEESE CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 2 tsp. sugar 2 tsp. melted butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. confectioners' sugar 1 pt. whipping cream or prepared Dream Whip 2 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter. Press into 9" square pan. Chill. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Whip cream and sweeten with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar. Fold into cream mixture and spoon mixture into pan. Spread pie filling over top. Chill 6 to 8 hours. Serves 8 to 10. |
