2 qt. casserole Pot holders Rubber spatula Measuring spoons Small frying pan Tongs Paper toweling Cutting board Knife Can opener INGREDIENTS: 4 slices bacon 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 tbsp. instant minced onion 1/2 tsp. salt 1 (8 oz.) can peas, drained 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (15 oz.) can sliced potatoes, drained 6 frankfurters, sliced crosswise Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Have adult help you slice frankfurters into coins and slice bacon into 1/2" pieces. 1. Place bacon pieces in small frying pan. 2. Fry over medium heat until crisp. 3. Remove bacon and place on paper toweling to drain; set aside. 4. Place soup, onion and salt in 2 quart casserole. 5. Stir in peas, corn, potatoes and sliced frankfurters. 6. Sprinkle bacon over the top. 7. Place in preheated 350 degree oven and set timer for 45 minutes. 6 servings. |
