FRANKFURTER CASSEROLE 
4 slices bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can corn
1 (8 oz.) can of green peas
1 (15 oz.) can sliced potatoes
6 frankfurters

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice franks into coins. Slice bacon into 1 inch pieces. Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Set aside in a 2 quart casserole.

Put peas, corn, potatoes and frankfurters. Pour on mushroom soup and onion, salt and pepper to taste. Crumble bacon and sprinkle on top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 6. Enjoy.
