FRANKFURTER CASSEROLE | |
1/2 lb. frankfurters 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, no salt 1 c. water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, slightly thawed 1/4 c. chopped onion In a 2 quart casserole, combine 1/2 pound frankfurters (4 or 5), cut in 1" pieces with 1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice, tomato sauce, water, mixed vegetables (broken up with a fork), onion. Bake, covered at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until heated through. Stir once or twice during baking. |
