OVEN CHEESE FONDUE 
10 slices white bread
6 eggs
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. snipped parsley
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 c. (about 8 oz.) shredded process sharp American cheese
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Remove crusts from bread; cut into cubes. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings with rotary beater. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and onion. Pour into ungreased baking dish, 11"x7"x1". Bake, uncovered 1 hour or until center is set. Serve immediately. 8 servings.
