CHEESE FONDUE 
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. cheese
4 eggs
3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Scald the milk. Add the butter and cheese, stir until melted. Place bread crumbs in 10 1/2 x 7 x 2 inch dish. Add seasoning and well beaten eggs. Add milk and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Yield 6 servings.
