JOE'S STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
6 to 8 pork chops (3/4 inch thick)

Mix together the following: Olive oil to moisten crumbs Soy sauce Fresh ground pepper Basil Oregano chives 6 to 8 oz. diced fresh mushrooms, sauteed in white wine until dry

(Joe did not know exact quantities, he just tosses things so you do the same.)

Put some stuffing between 2 pork chops and repeat. Bake about 1 hour at 350 degrees.
