GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. French cut green beans (frozen)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
2 individual pkg. corn flakes
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Cook beans as directed on package and drain. Combine butter, flour, salt, pepper, sugar, onion and sour cream in saucepan. Cook until thick. Combine beans with sauce and pour into buttered casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese. Crush corn flakes. Add melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
