QUICK PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 14 oz. jar pizza sauce or tomato sauce
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Cook ground beef until brown, stirring to crumble. Drain. Spoon beef into 8 inch square baking dish and top with sauce and cheese. Combine Bisquick mix, milk and eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour mixture over casserole, covering evenly.

Bake at 400°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

Note: You can add bell peppers, onions or any of your favorite pizza toppings after the cheese has been added.

Yield: 4 servings.
