1 c. flour
1 stick butter (room temperature)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. sugar

Mix together by hand and spread in a springform pan, pushing dough about 1/2-1 inch up along sides. 1 egg 1/3 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla

Mix thoroughly and spread on dough. Peel and slice 4-5 tart apples and turn in cinnamon and sugar. Place on cheese mixture. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 375 degrees and continue baking 25-30 minutes.
