BUFFALO CHIP COOKIES 
Melt together:

1 c. butter
1 c. shortening

Blend in:

2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Mix well.

Add:

4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix well.

Stir in:

2 c. uncooked oats
2 c. corn flakes
1 c. broken pecans (optional)
1 c. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
1 c. coconut

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Use ice cream scoop to measure out batter. Bake 6 cookies to a cookie sheet. Use a big bowl to mix dough. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
