BUTTER ROLLS 
1 cube butter
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. yeast (or 1 pkg.)
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. very warm water
3 eggs
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar

Melt butter in milk. Dissolve yeast and sugar in 1/4 cup very warm water. Beat eggs and add other two mixtures to them, then add 4 cups flour, salt and 1/4 cup of sugar, that has been sifted together. Mix together with a spoon, cover and put in refrigerator overnight. Divide into 4 to 6 portions, roll each portion into an 8" to 10" circle 1/2" thick. Cut into eight sections and butter each, then roll from large end to small in crescent shape. Let raise for 2 to 3 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
