ICE BOX FRUIT CAKE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 lb. marshmallows
1/2 c. maraschino cherries
1/2 c. white raisins
1/2 c. currants
1/2 lb. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. dates, chopped
1 1/2 slices candied pineapple (white, green & red)
1 1/2 tbsp. syrup from cherries

Melt butter and marshmallows in top of double boiler into large mixing bowl, place maraschino cherries, chopped, white raisins, currants, walnuts, pecans, dates, candied pineapple, cut in small pieces and graham crackers, crushed fine. Add melted butter and marshmallows and mix by hand. Press into loaf pan lined with wax paper. Store in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
