BROILED CORN IN THE HUSK 
12 ears of corn
Butter
Salt

Soak the corn in cold water for a few minutes. Broil on an outdoor grill over hot coals, turning frequently for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the heat of the fire. Be careful not to scorch the corn. The husks and silk will pull off easily when cooked. Serve with lots of butter and salt.
