PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
2 lg. cans pineapple (chunk), drained 6 tsp. juice 1/2 c. sugar 6 tsp. flour 2 c. grated cheese 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed 1 1/2 stick butter Blend juice, sugar, flour and add pineapple chunks; put in 8 x 8 inch dish. Put cheese on top, then take Ritz crackers and melted butter and blend together. Put on top. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
