CARAWAY CABBAGE 
1 med. cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 lb. smoked sausage
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. caraway seeds

Combine cabbage, onion, bell pepper in large skillet. Cut sausage diagonally into 1/2 inch chunks and add to vegetables. Add water and seasonings. Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
