AUNT BONNIE'S MOIST CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. hot coffee
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift all dry ingredients; add the liquids and mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, beating 2 more minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost with favorite icing.
