MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. hot coffee
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift all dry ingredients. Add all liquids. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix for 2 more minutes. Pour into greased and floured pans.

Bake in preheated oven at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
