3 c. sifted flour
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3-4 heaping tbsp. Hershey cocoa
2 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Mix dry sifted ingredients, add liquid and mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan. Batter will be thin.
