KEY LIME PIE | |
4 eggs, separate, saving whites 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 3 oz. Key West lime juice Combine egg yolks and condensed milk; mix well. Add 3 ounces lime juice at a time until filling is smooth and creamy. Pour into a graham cracker pie crust and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes. Serve chilled. |
