APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. lemon Jello
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon extract

Mix all together and put in a greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees. Ice while hot with 1 cup powdered sugar mixed with juice of 1 lemon.
