BLACK FOREST TORTE 
1 (18 1/4 oz.) devils food cake mix (with pudding)
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Prepare cake (package directions). Spoon batter into greased floured 10 inch tube pan and bake. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and let cool completely. Slice cake horizontally to make three layers. Place bottom layer on cake plate. Spread 1/3 whipped topping and top with 1/3 can of topping. Repeat on second and third layers. Chill well.
