Chocolate cake mix
Prepared chocolate pudding, family size (lg.)
1 lg. can cherry pie filling
1 dairy topping, Cool Whip or LeCreme
Chocolate jimmies

Make cake in oblong pan according to package directions. When cool slice in thirds lengthwise, on long plate or use baking pan. Place 1 layer of cake. Cover with 1/2 chocolate pudding, put 1/2 can cherry pie filling on top of pudding. Cover with 2nd slice of cake layer again in same sequence using remaining pudding and cherries.

Cover with 3rd slice of cake, cover top layer of cake with diary topping and sprinkle with chocolate jimmies. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
