AU GRATIN POTATOES 
4 or 5 med. size potatoes
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, or to thickness desired
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk

Peel potatoes and slice across like for chips. Boil until tender. Drain off excess water. In separate saucepan, melt butter and stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Add milk and cheese. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and serve.
