CHEDDAR & ONION TATORS 
6 med. potatoes, cut & stewed
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Drain potatoes and place in mixing bowl. Stir in sour cream, onion soup mix, salt and pepper to taste. Place ingredients in casserole dish. Top with Cheddar cheese and place in oven. Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
