POTATOES WITH CHEDDAR AND SOUR
CREAM
 
12 potatoes, boiled, peeled, sliced
4 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter
2/3 c. grated onion
1 tsp. pepper

Melt together cheddar cheese, butter and sour cream. Add to potatoes. Add grated onion and pepper. Mix all together. Place in casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes.
