CHEDDAR POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F. In bowl, combine milk, butter, onion flakes, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and cheese; mix well. Spread in 9 x 13 greased pan.

Bake 1 hour.

Serves 8.
