POTATO CHEDDAR CASSEROLE | |
4 c. peeled, sliced potatoes 1 lg. onion, sliced 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1. Alternate the slices of potatoes and onions in a 2 quart casserole. 2. Mix sour cream, milk, salt, and curry powder. Pour over the potatoes. Cover. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender. 4. Sprinkle with the cheddar cheese. Return to the oven just long enough to melt the cheese. 5. Serve hot. |
