IMPERIAL CHICKEN 
8 chicken breast pieces, filleted
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
Juice of 2 lemons
Paprika
1 clove garlic, minced

Blend bread crumbs, cheese, paprika, salt and pepper. Combine butter and garlic. Dip chicken in butter, then into bread crumb mixture to coat thoroughly. Roll each piece of chicken into a firm roll, secure with a toothpick, and arrange in a baking pan. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken, drizzle any remaining butter over chicken. Sprinkle with additional paprika. Bake (covered with aluminum foil) at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
