CHICKEN BREASTS IMPERIAL 
6 breasts, boned & skinned
3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. cloves garlic, crushed
3/4 c. slivered or sliced almonds (optional)
3 sticks melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. salt

Combine stuffing, cheese, garlic, almonds, salt and pepper; mix well. Add 2/3 melted butter, stir. Dip breasts in melted butter, then roll in stuffing mix. Place pieces in uncovered baking dish, top with any leftover crumb mixture and put small amount of butter on top of each. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
