BUTTER BROWNED POTATOES 
3 lg. potatoes, peeled
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. butter, melted

Slice each potato into 6 pieces, coat with butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake covered in single layer at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Uncover, baste and bake another 30 minutes.
