PISTACHIO CAKE & FROSTING | |
1 cake mix (white or yellow) 1 box instant pistachio pudding 3 eggs 1 c. club soda 1 c. oil 1/2 c. chopped nuts FROSTING: 2 env. Dream Whip 2 boxes pistachio instant pudding 3 c. cold milk Blend together cake ingredients for 2 minutes. Grease and flour bundt cake tin. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Cut in 3 layers, spread frosting between layers and center. Whip frosting ingredients until thick. |
