2 chickens, boiled or baked, deboned
1 bag Dorito chips
3 cans mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel

Line bottom of large baking dish with Dorito chips. Lay chicken on top of Dorito chips. Mix mushroom soup, Ro-Tel and run through blender, chicken broth and pour over chicken. Crumble Dorito chips on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake about 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees until slightly browned.
