MACARONI SALAD 
1 lb. macaroni
1/2 lg. green pepper
4 carrots, shredded
1 onion, chopped
1 c. sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. vinegar
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni, drain and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Chill 4 hours in refrigerator. Will keep 2 weeks or more, covered.
